Ownership in everyday work

I map procure-to-pay, order-to-cash and record-to-report, clarifying owners, controls, handovers, exceptions and KPIs. 5S helps organise invoice records and financial information alongside the process itself.

Following the impact

Connecting JDE, operational data, Power Query, Power BI and clear control responsibilities shortened the reporting cycle by three working days. Customer-product profitability and cost-to-serve analyses supported targeted actions and contributed to a 2.4 percentage-point margin improvement for selected customer-product combinations.

Practical AI

I use Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform, including Power Apps and Copilot Studio, in practical AI applications for analysis, workflow documentation and decision support. I check outputs against source information and keep decision ownership clear.

Evidence for the business case

Budgets, rolling forecasts and SAP S/4HANA reporting connected volume, price, mix, inventory and distribution costs with business decisions. Power BI, workshops and clear KPI ownership helped teams understand the drivers and follow through on actions.

Governance and operating models

I developed decision rights, process accountability and KPI ownership with finance leaders and process owners, connecting management visibility with responsibility.

Implementation and adoption

I combined Power BI evidence, stakeholder input, process mapping and root-cause analysis to guide implementation and management decisions. I coordinated cross-functional delivery, reviewed outputs and supported adoption.
